Digilass Designs was created by Heather V. Baskey of Ontario, Canada. Since 1996, Heather has been "fiddling" around with web pages for her own hobby. During 2001, after creating several web pages for friends and "hobby" clubs, Heather decided to form "Digilass" and offer her creative resources to others.
